What is your cost?
Most often, one of the first questions asked is, “What is your cost to build per square foot? Typically, quoted costs do not reflect the actual end cost. This quote can vary considerably between contractors. Is the cost based on total or living area square footage? What are the specifications and allowances? Does the quote include impact fees and or land preparation? An experienced contractor learns of their customers’ needs and does their due diligence first in order to provide accurate estimates.
